Urahara and Kakashi final

This brings to question,would the sharingan still work with Reitsu and would it work the the same? Another would Justu's run on Reitsu,if The Sharigun could copy the abilitys of other abilitys not the special ones though ? I also wonder if the sharingan could see through illusion based Zanpacto abilities. It'd be funny to see Azians plan fall apart with Kakashi ramming a Chidori or the more advanced variant Lighting Blade into Azian's spirit equivalent of a heart  or better yet skull.
